SBDC has a professional medical team, introduces new technologies and instruments in order to provide patients with high-level service. SBDC is located in Changhua. It has a space of 826 square meters. The comfortable and elegant environment gives patients a unique feeling, allowing patients to have pleasure and relaxation while receiving treatment.
Infection control is important in medical treatment. If infection control is successful, no matter how complex the treatment, the recovery will be excellent. SBDC has a transparent sterilization room with European medical standards. This room design with one entry and one exit. The non-sterile area is separated from the sterilized area, and this room is designed to only enter from the non-sterile area and exit from the sterilized area. After preliminary rinsing, the dental instruments are sent to two ultrasonic oscillating cleaning machines. Instruments of different types and sizes are cleaned separately with oscillation. The second rinsing tank is equipped with pure water to rinse the instruments. It can also be used to prepare the enzyme disinfectant that needs to be diluted.
The next step is to send them to the most high-end Italian Steelco instruments cleaning and sterilization machine. It not only rinses the surface of the dental instruments with triple pressure, but also rinses the inside of the instruments at a temperature close to boiling water by equipped with a heater. Finally, equipped with a HEPA filter, it blows and dries the rinsed instruments. After these procedures, the dental instruments have reached the level of disinfection, which means that most of the bacteria and pathogens that cause cross-infection have been eliminated. It effectively reduces the blood protein remaining on the instruments by up to 99.6%.
The most important thing for European medical standard sterilization machine is to repeat the vacuum three times, and use a microcomputer to control all sterilization processes. As long as there is anything in the process that will affect the final sterilization result, the sterilization process will be stopped and a warning will be issued. This is to ensure that the instruments used on patients have been sterilized.
