First-time visit

At SBDC, every new patient needs to go through an initial diagnosis appointment. Upon check-in, we will have an assistance to help to fill out a clinical file and a healthy survey questionnaire. After the first approach, the patient will be followed to the x-ray room where you will receive a full-mouth x-ray scan and a CT sacn. By having the x-ray scan, our doctors will have better understanding regarding your oral condititon.
